How it works
One-time packs or a subscription?
A subscription suits steady, predictable use. A credit pack suits people who generate in bursts, want to try several models before settling on one, or would rather not keep a renewing charge on a card. You pay once, spend credits as you go and buy another pack only if you want one.
Pack sizes and prices are on the pricing page. Larger packs work out cheaper per credit.
Why the cost changes from video to video
Each model has its own price, and settings move it. Longer clips cost more, and on several models so does a higher resolution. The quote follows whatever you have selected, so change a setting and read the number again before you submit.
The cheapest way to test a prompt is a short clip at a low resolution. Once the motion looks right, run the version you want to keep at the settings you need.
Reserved, charged or released
Each task in your history shows what happened to its credits.
When you submit
The quoted amount is reserved: set aside from your balance while the task runs. You can leave the page; the task carries on and stays in your history.
When the result is saved
Once the finished result is saved to your library, the reservation becomes the charge. The task then shows the credits as charged.
When failure or expiry is confirmed
Once a task is confirmed as Failed or Timed out, the reservation is released and the credits go back to your balance.
Credits can stay reserved for longer while the submission is uncertain, a finished result is still being saved, or a task needs review (shown as Review required). That can run past the usual time for a task. The reservation is settled when the outcome is clear.
A released reservation only returns generation credits to your balance. It is not a cash refund; refunds of a credit-pack purchase follow the refund policy.
Stopping tracking does not cancel
Stop tracking only stops the page from checking for updates. It does not cancel the generation or release the credits. The same goes for closing the tab or the page giving up on waiting: neither cancels the task, and neither means it failed.
Where to check your balance and tasks
Your account shows available credits, credit history, purchases and invoices. The generation history lists every task with its status: Queued, Generating, Saving result, Completed, Failed or Timed out.
If a task stays in progress far longer than usual, open a support ticket with the task details instead of submitting the same job again, which would reserve a second set of credits.
Before you buy
You can open the tools and compare models without paying. Running a model in the tools needs an account and credits, and it is for adults 18+ under the content policy. Purchases follow the refund policy.
Questions
- Is there a monthly fee?
- No. You pay for a pack once. Nothing renews, and you are not charged again unless you buy another pack.
- Does a bigger pack give unlimited generations?
- No. Every generation uses credits. A bigger pack holds more of them; it does not remove the cost of each video.
- Am I charged for a video I do not like?
- A completed, saved result is charged even if it is not what you hoped for. Testing with short, low-resolution clips keeps that cost small. For billing problems, see the refund policy or contact support.
- What happens to reserved credits if I close the browser?
- Nothing changes. Closing the browser does not cancel the task or mean it failed. The credits stay reserved until the result is saved or a failure or expiry is confirmed; check your history when you come back.
