Content Policy

Adults only

You must be at least 18 and legally able to access mature themes where you live. Before your first generation, you confirm that you are 18 or older and accept this policy and the Terms of Service. We keep a dated record of that confirmation on our servers, and generation is refused without it. The age gate in your browser is only a first reminder.

Rules that apply to every model

Sexual content involving anyone under 18 or whose age is unclear is prohibited. This includes real people, fictional characters, AI-generated characters, and anyone who appears underage. Calling a character an adult does not make an underage or age-ambiguous depiction acceptable.

Non-consensual intimate content, coercion, sexual violence, exploitation, privacy violations and sexual impersonation of real people are prohibited. These rules apply to prompts, uploaded references, generated results and how you use or share them.

Choose the right prompt profile

Adult prompt wording: only the selected models marked Spicy accept adult wording in prompts. This does not remove the age, consent, privacy or other restrictions on this page.

Non-explicit prompts: every other model requires non-explicit prompts. You can create original adult characters, fashion and editorial imagery, cinematic portraits, romantic atmosphere, fantasy worlds and other lawful, non-explicit scenes.

A prompt accepted by GenSpicy can still be declined by a model or provider. No profile promises unrestricted content or a particular result.

What is prohibited

• Any sexualized depiction of a minor, someone who appears underage, or a character with an unclear age, including fictional and AI-generated depictions
• Non-consensual content, coercion, sexual violence, exploitation, incest, or bestiality
• Non-consensual intimate deepfakes, secretly obtained intimate media, doxxing, or other invasions of privacy
• Sexual impersonation of real or identifiable people, including public figures
• Reference material you do not own or have permission to use, or a real person's image, likeness or voice without that person's consent
• Illegal content, extreme violence, abuse, or attempts to bypass safety protections

Supplier rules apply to every model

Our AI generation partners and individual model makers may apply their own limits, so a prompt that is allowed here can still be declined by a model. The Spicy prompt profile does not waive those limits or guarantee that a request or output will be accepted.

Generation and safety failures

A rejected request shows a content rejection message. A temporary safety-service failure shows a service error and is not a finding about your content. Never retry by trying to evade the provider's restrictions.

A task appears as completed only after its output has been saved. Definitively failed or expired tasks return the reserved credits. Requests with an unknown provider submission status stay reserved while their status is checked.

Privacy of reference media

Use only media you own or are authorized to upload. Obtain permission from any identifiable person before using their image, likeness or voice. Consent to a reference does not authorize sexual impersonation, non-consensual intimacy or a privacy violation. Do not upload private or intimate material obtained without consent.

Your uploads and results are private to your account in GenSpicy and are not published. To generate a result, your prompt and references are sent to our AI generation partner. See the Privacy Policy.
