How it works

  1. 1Upload the photo you want to change.
  2. 2Describe the edit in your own words.
  3. 3Pick a model, check the price and generate.

Start with one photo and one clear change

Upload a photo and describe what you’d like to change. You might want a different wall color, warmer light or a film-style finish. Type the change in the “What should change?” field; you don’t need a mask or a second reference image.

Keep the first edit simple enough to check. If you change the setting, lighting and clothing together, it’s harder to see which part of the request worked. Faces, lettering and small objects can also change during generation.

Name the object, then describe the change

“Make the wall behind me pale blue and leave the furniture in place” tells the model more than “make this better.” Name the area you want changed, describe its new appearance and mention anything nearby that matters to you.

You have up to 400 characters. A short, specific request is often easier to revise than a list of unrelated edits. When comparing two ideas, use the same source photo and change one instruction.

Try Film look, Studio light or Golden hour

Choose a style to get started, then read the wording in the editing field. Film look softens the finish; Studio light brightens it; Golden hour warms it. Add a detail that fits the choice, such as warmer highlights, rather than combining several competing looks.

Choose Flux 3 or Seedream 5.0 Pro

You can use either model with your photo and instructions. To compare them, keep the request unchanged. Look at the detail you wanted to edit, then check what happened to the surrounding objects and textures.

There’s no separate quality selector on this editor. Select a model and check the current price before generating. The outfit, background and portrait-lighting templates have more specific controls if one of those is your main task.

Check the source image before using Flux 3

Flux 3 requires each input to be at least 256 pixels wide and 256 pixels high, with no more than 4 megapixels overall. Multiply width by height to check: a 2000 by 2000 pixel photo contains 4 million pixels.

Check the dimensions even if the file uploads successfully. Don’t assume it will be resized automatically. Prepare a smaller copy yourself if needed, keeping important details inside the crop. Use a photo you own or have permission to edit.

Check what changed around the edited area

Compare the original and edited image at a similar size. After checking the main change, look at hands, outlines, repeated patterns and any text. If the wall color is right but the furniture has changed, try a simpler request or a photo where the wall is more clearly separated. Asking to retain a detail can help explain your intention, but it won’t lock that part of the image.
